Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the calculation and analysis of production costs.
  • Contribute to monthly financial closings in collaboration with Finance and Operations teams.
  • Assist in the budgeting process, including annual budget preparation and periodic revisions.
  • Create monthly and quarterly reports for management and operational teams.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actuals and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify cost optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial databases.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects such as process improvements and the implementation of new IT tools.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master's program (Master 2 IAE or Business School) seeking a two-year internship.
  • Desire to work in a structured and demanding industrial environment with a strong analytical and operational focus.

Skills

Strong theoretical knowledge in management control. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables). Familiarity with Power BI and SAP is an advantage. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to present analyses clearly and structured. Demonstrated rigor, organization, and critical thinking. Curiosity, proactivity, and initiative.

Experience

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree (Master 2 IAE or Business School).
