Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including manager briefings, posting job listings, and sourcing candidates through job boards.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews, providing feedback to managers.
  • Maintain quality candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage administrative and contractual tasks using HR tools such as Core HR.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and follow up with new talents.
  • Participate in school relations activities, including organizing discovery internships and school forums.
  • Support HR team with various projects and activities, such as organizing seminars and tracking KPIs.
  • Engage in general HR topics like performance and salary reviews, depending on the HR calendar.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes by proposing innovative ideas and implementing optimization strategies.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (Bac+4/+5).
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Experience
