Human Resources Assistant (Europe)
Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks a Human Resources Assistant (Europe) on an alternance to support recruitment, HR development and administration.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle for European hires: define needs with hiring managers, draft and post job adverts on job boards, pre‑screen CVs, schedule candidate interviews and support interview logistics.
- Prepare contractual and administrative onboarding documentation and maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS (SIRH).
- Contribute to talent development processes: assist with performance evaluations, data updates to facilitate internal mobility, career management and HR reporting.
- Participate in European HR projects designed to improve employee experience and talent retention, including satisfaction surveys, salary review processes and budget tracking.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the European HR Director, coordinating calendars and liaising with multiple internal stakeholders and local HR teams (ordering supplies, garment allocations, organisational chart updates).
- Proactively propose and implement process improvements to enhance candidate and employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Business School or related discipline (alternance/work‑study required).
- First professional experience (internship) in HR is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Fluent English (excellent written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Organised, rigorous, curious, pragmatic and able to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies.

Entry‑level; candidate must be a student in HR or business school. A previous internship or first exposure to HR processes (recruitment, onboarding or admin) is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (alternance/work‑study format).
