Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide support to HR users across various subsidiaries in areas such as Core HR, Compensation, and Talent/Performance.
  • Handle data extraction requests and develop both global and local reports using Success Factors.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to enhance support processes and contribute to their industrialization.
  • Document procedures and create operational manuals.
  • Monitor data flows and integrations to ensure alignment of HRIS databases.
  • Participate in international projects, including Core HR deployment, data migration, and testing.
  • Contribute to project deliverables and assist the HRIS team in meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master's program (Master 1 or Master 2) with a specialization in HRIS or Human Resources.

Skills

Strong analytical and data-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Fluency in English. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Master's degree in progress, specializing in HRIS or Human Resources.
