HR Trainee
Christian Dior Couture (LVMH) seeks an HR Trainee — 1-year full-time internship at the Munich Head Office supporting HR operations, recruitment and employee engagement.

Role & Responsibilities
- Assist HR Business Partners across Central and Eastern Europe with end-to-end HR processes and lifecycle activities in line with Christian Dior standards.
- Maintain and manage employee data in the HR system, including vacation tracking and related calculations.
- Prepare and administer employment documentation (fixed-term and permanent contracts, promotions, title changes) and employment references.
- Support payroll and headcount reporting by consolidating data from payroll providers and creating monthly HR reports.
- Manage recruitment for interns, working students and apprentices: advertise vacancies, coordinate and conduct interviews, and maintain job postings.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and events (Dior Intern Club, Headspace sessions, B2Run/Pink October Run and team activities).
- Liaise with external providers to support HR projects and employee benefits administration.
Qualifications
- University studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Prior practical HR experience required (e.g., working student, internship) with demonstrable involvement in recruitment or HR administration.
- Fluent spoken and written German and English.
- Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a proactive, learning-oriented attitude.

Education
University degree (Bachelor or ongoing studies) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar field.
