HR Projects Assistant — Europe (Internship)
Christian Dior Couture seeks an HR Projects Assistant intern in Paris to support European talent programmes, analytics and HR project coordination.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design, launch and coordination of talent development programmes across the Europe zone, including graduate and retail-focused initiatives.
- Animate and coordinate talent communities; contribute to content creation and internal communications to promote career opportunities and HR initiatives.
- Conduct research on sector best practices, market trends and competitor benchmarking to inform programme design.
- Collect, analyse and present talent-pool data to generate actionable insights guiding development and mobility strategies.
- Track and support mobility pathways for early-career populations; maintain mobility trackers to aid career conversations and succession planning.
- Coordinate European performance review campaigns with local HR teams and support deployment of engagement initiatives, including post-survey action plans.
- Serve as a primary contact for designated countries to ensure alignment and efficient cross-market rollout of HR programmes; prepare newsletters and regular communications.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in or completion of a Master’s degree, ideally in HR, Communication, Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
- Prior internship or first professional experience in communication, marketing or project management.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated organisational and project-management capability; able to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Positive, resilient and results-oriented attitude with strong team spirit.

Experience
Entry-level — Master’s student or recent graduate with an initial internship or professional exposure in communication, marketing or project management.
Education
Master’s level (in progress or completed) in HR, Communication, Marketing, Business or related field.
