Parfums Christian Dior seeks an HR Intern in Copenhagen for a 6‑month full-time internship starting July 2026.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Talent Acquisition activities including job posting, CV screening, phone interviews, interview scheduling and conducting interviews for junior roles.
  • Assist in onboarding new joiners and coordinate induction activities in partnership with HR stakeholders.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and internal communication efforts.
  • Organize and follow up internal trainings (planning meetings, preparing materials, coordinating stakeholders).
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, policies and the candidate/employee database.
  • Support the performance review process by assisting with roll‑out, follow‑up and related administration.
  • Produce regular HR reports and perform general HR administrative tasks to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme (HR, Business, Psychology or related discipline); internship must be part of the educational curriculum with a signed internship agreement.
  • Fluent English; Danish is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized, structured and able to manage multiple administrative tasks with attention to detail.
  • Discreet, trustworthy and committed to maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards.
  • Proactive, flexible and effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Experience

Entry-level. Suitable for students or recent graduates with limited professional HR experience; prior exposure to recruitment or HR administration is a plus but not required.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field; internship must be part of the academic programme and supported by an internship agreement for school credits.
