Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR business partner for multiple operational Business Units, advising managers and employees on people strategy, organization and day‑to‑day HR matters.
- Design and analyse organisational structures and competency maps; identify skills gaps and propose solutions including recruitment, internal mobility and training.
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment for managers and non‑managers: define role profiles, manage selection, and ensure balanced hiring by seniority, expertise and potential.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment firms and temporary staffing agencies; propose and implement innovative sourcing and digital recruitment methods.
- Coordinate onboarding and integration programs for new hires and ensure continuous follow‑up of employee assimilation and performance.
- Partner with the Personnel Directorate to ensure compliance with legal obligations and employment regulations.
- Build and implement employee development plans in conjunction with managers; monitor career aspirations and training plans.
- Prepare and manage budgetary exercises related to headcount; ensure adherence to approved staffing budgets.
- Co‑lead the annual salary recommendation process, advising operational leaders while respecting budgetary constraints.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent (Bac+5).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in generalist HR, including recruitment and talent development, ideally within an international company.
- Proven experience partnering with operational leaders and managing multiple business unit stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of French employment law and HR compliance frameworks (in partnership with central Personnel/Legal teams).
- Fluent written and spoken English.

Experience
At least 10 years of experience in generalist Human Resources with demonstrated expertise in recruitment and employee development, preferably acquired in an international corporate or luxury goods environment.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
