Christian Dior Couture seeks a Guest Relations Host in London (New Bond Street) — full-time, on-site role delivering exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet all clients entering the New Bond Street boutique and maintain comprehensive recognition of regular customers and VIPs.
  • Assess clients’ needs and guide them through the boutique, presenting products and the House’s heritage with authority and elegance.
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand, communicating Dior’s organisation, history and notable pieces with storytelling finesse.
  • Assist customers with personalised services and respond promptly to requests to ensure a seamless in-store journey.
  • Memorise and record customer preferences and special requirements to enable bespoke clienteling.
  • Deliver the highest standards of customer service and appropriate manners across all client interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations and support sales activity.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding client information and boutique operations.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by management to support boutique operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience as a host or in guest relations within a fast-paced luxury retail or hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills; able to tell the House story with confidence.
  • Attentive, proactive demeanour with a demonstrable passion for service excellence.
  • Strong sense of discretion and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
  • Demonstrable enthusiasm for Christian Dior and its collections.
  • Fluency in a second language is preferred.

Experience

Minimum 3 years in a client-facing host or guest relations role within luxury retail or high-end hospitality, demonstrating experience working alongside sales teams and delivering VIP service.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualifications in hospitality, languages or luxury retail are advantageous.
