Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and consolidate General & Administrative expenses, including IT and HR, for international distribution subsidiaries during budget phases, revisions, and actuals.
  • Prepare and analyze reports using Excel, Syrus, and Power BI, ensuring data reliability and accuracy.
  • Monitor and analyze CAPEX in collaboration with market and Beauty Tech teams.
  • Ensure the establishment of a comprehensive G&A bridge and high-quality analyses.
  • Participate in Business Reviews and develop presentations for top management and governance bodies.
  • Maintain and enhance Power BI databases and reporting files for process efficiency.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and streamlining of financial control and reporting processes.
  • Coordinate and animate the BPC subsidiaries, including organizing the annual international seminar.
  • Conduct ad hoc studies and relevant benchmarks between reporting phases.
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in financial control or audit firms
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and management tools
  • Fluency in English for an international environment
