Export Sales Administrator — Internship

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Process documentary bundles and prepare requests for export customs declarations.
• Validate import invoices and manage invoicing and credit notes.
• Integrate customer orders into the commercial management information system (ERP).
• Manage automatic replenishment calculations and stock follow-up using Excel.
• Prepare and transmit orders to the logistics team for packing and shipment.
• Maintain accurate filing of invoices, credit notes and archives.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including Sales Administration (ADV), Logistics, Customs, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Compliance/Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s level training in Languages Applied to International Trade (LEA), business school or equivalent with a focus on international commerce.
• Good knowledge of import/export customs regulations in an international context.
• Strong rigor, autonomy and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a small operational team.
• Proficiency in business office software and the ability to work with ERP systems (ERP knowledge is an advantage).
• Professional command of English (reading, writing and speaking) for intra‑group and international partner communications.

Experience

Entry-level — suitable for recent graduates. No prior professional experience is required; prior exposure to international trade or customs procedures is an asset.

Education

Master’s degree (LEA) or business school diploma with training in international trade or equivalent qualification.
