Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level administrative support to senior management: manage calendar, expense reports and travel arrangements.
- Analyze, compile and synthesize information to prepare decision‑ready documents and Excel analyses for the direction.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, seminars and corporate events; prepare minutes and format ad hoc presentations.
- Manage team shared resources and network access rights; act as the primary interface with internal partner departments.
- Coordinate procurement and budget administration for the team in liaison with financial control (supplier orders, quotes, invoicing).
- Track and follow up operational projects, ensuring timely transmission and coordination of information within the team.
- Animate team life: organise team‑building activities, convivial moments and market visits.
Qualifications
- University degree (Bachelor's level) or equivalent higher education.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a role combining administrative management and operational project coordination.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Excellent organisational skills, autonomy, rigor and strong synthesising and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to support demanding senior managers and to operate in a fast‑paced, transforming environment.

University degree (Bachelor's level) or equivalent.
