Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the EMEA client treatment schedule across seven zones.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to align client treatment initiatives, including planning and operational execution.
  • Facilitate intra-zone and inter-zone client interactions for diverse treatments within the EMEA region.
  • Support the team in organizing dinners and treatments for all brand image events.
  • Develop and manage the budget for events, ensuring timely payment to vendors.
  • Assist in the operational aspects of UberLuxury events.
  • Participate in managing schedules and programs for clients during fashion shows.
  • Contribute to client targeting strategies for fashion shows, ensuring adherence to staff directives.
  • Create a local experience book to share with central teams.
  • Benchmark client activations and collaborations at competitor events.
  • Assess the needs of each sub-zone for client actions and market visibility.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new initiatives in the EMEA region to recruit high-potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school.
  • Previous experience in event management is advantageous.
  • Interest in the luxury sector.

Skills

Proactive and dynamic approach. Proficiency in Adobe Suite. Fluent in English.
