Environmental Project Engineer (Work-Study)
Parfums Christian Dior in Orléans seeks an Environmental Project Engineer (Work‑Study) to support ISO 14001, waste management and environmental KPIs.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support maintenance of the site's ISO 14001 certification and contribute to continuous improvement of environmental practices.
- Animate and coordinate the environmental relay network through working groups, on‑site presence, awareness campaigns and training sessions.
- Define, propose and deploy environmental performance indicators in collaboration with production, logistics and quality teams.
- Update and roll out site environmental standards and operational procedures.
- Support waste management activities: field audits, reporting, identification and deployment of improved solutions and development of new recovery channels.
- Contribute to environmental and energy regulatory monitoring and ensure requirements are tracked and communicated across the site.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an environmental engineering program or equivalent (industrial risk / continuous improvement focus) as part of a work‑study (alternance) curriculum.
- Strong organizational aptitude, rigor and method to ensure compliance and reliability of environmental practices.
- Analytical curiosity and proactivity to identify, formalize and implement improvement actions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with production, logistics and quality teams; autonomous and initiative‑driven.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a clear sensitivity to environmental and societal challenges.

Experience
Entry‑level / beginner: intended for students in a work‑study program. Prior professional experience is not required; willingness to conduct fieldwork and engage operational teams is expected.
Education
Enrolled in an engineering programme in environmental engineering or equivalent with a specialization in industrial risk or continuous improvement (work‑study/alternance format).
