Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare samples and prototypes for fittings, ensuring garments are production-ready and meet couture standards.
  • Organize materials, embroidery bases and components for new development launches.
  • Track deliveries and manage orders for embroidery supplies and components.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external artisans, ateliers and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
  • Research and propose new embroidery techniques, materials and surface treatments.
  • Draft and maintain detailed technical sheets and documentation for embroidery designs.
  • Support overall follow-up of embroidery development projects, timelines and launches.
  • Create texture studies and technical renderings on garments using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Qualifications

  • BA or MA in Fashion Design (or equivalent) with a valid internship agreement from current school, mandatory.
  • Portfolio submission required — applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail and a quality-driven approach to workmanship.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.

Experience
