Christian Dior Couture in New York seeks an E-commerce Trainee (Temporary, hybrid) — $20/hr to support eMerchandising, reporting and digital marketing.

Overview

Christian Dior Couture is a Parisian Maison of haute couture and luxury ready-to-wear renowned for its French heritage, artisanal savoir-faire and creative leadership in fashion. Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily, weekly and monthly e-commerce reporting, maintain dashboards and distribute insights to local and central teams.
  • Perform ad-hoc performance analyses combining quantitative metrics and qualitative observations to inform merchandising and marketing decisions.
  • Maintain Dior.com product launch and content calendars and assist with execution of online collection rollouts across Women’s, Men’s, Baby and Maison universes for US and CA.
  • Assist with product catalogue management and monitor inventory levels; flag low-stock or sold-out items and coordinate replenishment opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally and with agency partners to align eMerchandising priorities and support the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum six months prior experience in e-commerce, retail merchandising, digital marketing, or related field.
  • Available for a full-time, 12-month trainee program (July 2026–July 2027); work schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 with Friday remote option.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management and attention to detail; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion.

Experience

Entry-level; minimum six months relevant experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, retail operations or digital marketing. This is a full-time, 12-month trainee programme designed for early-career candidates.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, fashion or a related field preferred; recent graduates and current students completing degrees will be considered.
