Role & Responsibilities

• Develop visual merchandising guidelines, including product launches and window concepts, using InDesign.
• Adapt product placement based on floor plans for events and store openings using InDesign or Illustrator.
• Create photo reports with optimal photo selection and Photoshop editing.
• Communicate with international VM teams in English for email exchanges and quick commentaries.
• Coordinate with headquarters and other departments for information requests.
• Liaise with external suppliers for outsourced tasks.
• Update the boutique database to ensure accurate information on international jewelry spaces.
• Maintain and update VM documents with current dates and boutique information.
• Assist in setting up product displays for new windows and product launches in Parisian boutiques.
• Support product placement during showrooms and client events.
• Conduct competitive visits and create benchmark reports.
• Help organize office space and archives, including VM props and decor.

Qualifications

• Organized, reactive, and meticulous with strong teamwork and initiative skills.
• Sensitivity to the jewelry and fashion industry with attention to detail.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, suitable for beginners.

Education

Relevant education in fashion, design, or related fields is preferred.
