Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Internal Control system for LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics North America to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with group standards.
  • Oversee all Audit, Risk, and Ethics & Compliance topics, ensuring adherence to LVMH guidelines and standards.
  • Develop and implement an annual Internal Control plan, including policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Conduct quarterly testing and annual self-assessments of internal control levels.
  • Collaborate with Legal to manage the LVMH Ethics & Compliance Program.
  • Supervise an Associate Manager, Internal Control & Audit.
  • Report directly to the COO of LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics North America.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, or External Audit within an international group or audit firm.
  • High level of integrity and ethics.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Skills

Proficiency in standard internal control frameworks and systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; data analytics skills are advantageous. Knowledge of core IT systems such as ERP, WMS, and POS systems is beneficial. Ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, or External Audit within an international group, ideally in luxury, retail, or cosmetics sectors.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is preferred.
