Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Product Manager team in daily tasks to deploy updates for end users in stores.
- Update user guides in line with application developments and new feature rollouts.
- Coordinate and track the department's activity calendar, providing detailed insights into activations, rollouts, and events.
- Draft, distribute, and monitor communications to boutiques, countries, and zones related to pilot projects.
- Extract key data and monitor the adoption of application features in collaboration with team members.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in digital tools and methodologies.
- Excellent learning and concentration abilities.
- Organized, methodical, and meticulous.
- Positive attitude and team spirit.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian, Chinese, or Japanese is advantageous.
- Experience in retail is valued.
