Christian Dior Couture — Paris: Digital Learning Assistant (Intern), 6‑month hybrid internship starting July 2026.

Overview

Christian Dior Couture is a heritage couture house within the LVMH group, recognised for its craftsmanship, creative leadership and global retail presence. The Maison combines artisanal savoir‑faire with modern retail and digital initiatives, offering cross‑functional opportunities across fashion, retail and customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the mobile learning application: manage back‑office, liaise with agency partners and ensure platform stability.
  • Coordinate the publication calendar for learning content across Dior Academy stakeholders and product/retail teams.
  • Monitor learning KPIs, maintain reporting tools and produce regular performance analyses and a Reporting Newsletter for the Trainers Worldwide community.
  • Support and engage the international trainer community through follow‑up, roll‑out actions and community animation.
  • Contribute to the design and production follow‑up of digital training content, working with internal teams and external creative agencies.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in business, digital communication, e‑learning, or a related field (business or digital school).
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint and standard Office tools; comfortable with Teams.
  • Fluent English (oral and written) is mandatory.
  • Good interpersonal skills, proactive teamwork, strong organisation, rigor and responsiveness.
  • Creative mindset, curiosity, digital appetite and knowledge of the luxury sector.
  • Familiarity with graphic creation tools (Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.

Experience

Entry‑level. Suitable for a recent graduate or current Master's student seeking a 6‑month internship. No prior professional experience required, though demonstrable familiarity with digital content production and Excel reporting is expected. Internship to start July 2026 for a six‑month period.
