Role & Responsibilities

  • Support operational management of AI-driven projects: planning, tracking deliverables, coordinating internal and external teams, producing reports and following up on actions.
  • Assist in the production and industrialisation of AI initiatives (tests, acceptance, output validation, iteration management and quality control), with a focus on advertising and content production.
  • Act as the operational point of contact for internal stakeholders (Marketing, Digital, Data, Creative, Social) and external partners/agencies to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.
  • Maintain project governance artifacts: dashboards, documentation, project library and a prompts/good-practices repository when relevant.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of digital experiences (3D, AR, phygital) including scoping workshops, benchmarking, recommendations and alignment with Dior Beauty brand strategy.
  • Produce and coordinate innovative social media formats and content tied to major product launches and campaigns.
  • Conduct active strategic monitoring of AI and emerging technologies, evaluate new creative AI tools, document use cases and share learnings internally to drive acculturation.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s-level program (Bac+4 / Bac+5) in a business school, communications school or university degree with a focus on digital, marketing, innovation or data/AI.
  • Prior internship or alternance experience in digital marketing, innovation, new technologies or AI-related projects is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in French and English (oral and written) — both languages required.
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills; rigor, attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
  • Creative curiosity, initiative, adaptability and a demonstrable interest in emerging technologies.

Experience

Entry-level candidate: early-career (débutant) with ideally one prior internship or alternance in digital marketing, innovation or AI-related projects.
