Design & Packaging Assistant
Parfums Christian Dior in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine seeks a Design & Packaging Assistant intern to support creative packaging, 3D visualisation and presentations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Create expressive visualisations of creative directions using sketches, illustrations, 3D mockups and rendered images to support studio concepts.
- Prepare and maintain high‑quality presentation materials and internal technical documents that communicate concepts to cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Support designers in aesthetic and conceptual research for fragrance, makeup, skincare and sell‑out projects.
- Contribute to the realisation of packaging projects through mockups, variant developments and technical adaptations.
- Participate actively in studio creative reviews, bringing a product‑and‑market awareness to ideation sessions.
- Collaborate closely with design, marketing, development and image teams to ensure concept consistency and feasibility.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in design, fine arts, product or packaging design (design school, art school or equivalent).
- Strong creative sensibility and demonstrable visual/illustrative ability.
- Initiative and proactive attitude with an ability to work collaboratively in cross‑disciplinary teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and learning agility in a fast‑paced studio environment.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level / early‑career. Suitable for a Master’s student with academic project experience; prior professional experience in luxury packaging is not required.
Education
Master’s student in design, art, product or packaging design (or equivalent).
