Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the department in driving sales and closely monitor performance to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and other business goals by demonstrating sales leadership and providing full floor support.
  • Maintain the sales mix and ensure staff engage in cross-selling across the Boutique.
  • Enhance selling techniques, clientele, and product knowledge to deliver exceptional Dior client service.
  • Plan and implement actions to adapt to market conditions and improve business performance.
  • Maximize recruitment opportunities and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Promote clientele development to ensure the highest level of client experience.
  • Act as a Brand ambassador during private appointments arranged by selling staff.
  • Encourage the use of 'Be Dior' among the team to increase client loyalty.
  • Support Boutique events that contribute to client development and performance.
  • Manage and motivate the department to achieve exceptional results, including sales and client development.
  • Set individual and department goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback.
  • Coach staff for performance improvement and promote curiosity, diversity, and collaboration.
  • Maintain a harmonious working environment and foster team spirit.
  • Train Supervisors to manage junior staff and identify potential for career development.
  • Manage daily operations of the department and act as Boutique-in-charge in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
  • Ensure the upkeep of selling space, visual merchandising, and store image to the highest standard.
  • Guarantee compliance with Dior's internal procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with BOH and Merchandising teams on inventory management and replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years at a managerial level in the luxury retail industry.
  • Target-oriented and client-centric approach.
  • Capability to drive results and deliver excellence.
  • Strategic thinking and strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about the luxury fashion industry.
