Department Manager
Christian Dior Couture seeks a Department Manager in Bangkok to lead a boutique team, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the department team to achieve sales targets and deliver impeccable customer service.
- Develop talent through coaching, product and sales training, regular feedback and monthly individual evaluations.
- Manage day-to-day department operations, including recruitment support, onboarding of new joiners and upkeep of team appearance and service standards.
- Set and monitor objectives and KPIs for the department and take corrective action to optimise performance and sell-through.
- Conduct spot coaching and morning briefings to drive daily execution and staff engagement.
- Optimise cross-selling and collaboration with other departments to maximise boutique turnover.
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards and maintain the selling space and brand image.
- Manage customer relations within the department, including clienteling, database maintenance and resolution of client service issues.
- Represent the brand on the shop floor, welcome clients, and create a multisensory, hospitality-driven selling experience.
- Support and participate in boutique events and activities to strengthen client relationships and grow a high-potential clientele base.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar retail management capacity.
- Proven ability to lead and develop retail teams and to deliver on sales KPIs.
- Experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- High standards of accuracy, presentation and client service.

Experience
Minimum five years’ experience in a comparable retail management role; prior experience within luxury retail is a strong advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
