LVMH Beauty Tech — Data Privacy Project Intern in Neuilly-sur-Seine (Parfums Christian Dior). 6-month internship starting July 2026.
Overview
LVMH Beauty Tech is the technology arm serving the LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics division and its Maisons, supporting brands such as Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Loewe and Fenty Beauty. Embedded within the LVMH ecosystem, the team delivers digital transformation programmes at the intersection of luxury, beauty and technology and collaborates across international, multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support deployment and migration of the centralized LVMH data register (1,500+ records): prepare deliverables, coordinate migration tasks and manage user acceptance testing.
- Maintain and update processing records for the Division's Maisons, ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable data protection requirements.
- Define, monitor and report KPIs to measure adoption, data quality and process effectiveness across entities.
- Design and deliver training and awareness materials; animate international sessions to raise legal and regulatory awareness across jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate documentation and remediation of non‑conformities.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's programme (final-year internship or gap-year) in Business Law, Digital Law, Project Management or equivalent.
- Required: academic internship agreement (convention de stage).
- Solid understanding of data protection principles (RGPD/GDPR); familiarity with register-management tools such as OneTrust is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated rigor, strong analytical and synthesis skills, and effective interpersonal communication in multicultural teams.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; suitable for a final-year or gap-year student. Prior internships or coursework in data protection, compliance or project management are advantageous but not required.
Education
Master's degree candidate in Business Law, Digital Law, Project Management or equivalent (academic internship agreement required).
