LVMH Beauty Tech seeks a Data Privacy Project Intern in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France — 6-month internship (July 2026) at Parfums Christian Dior.

Overview

LVMH Beauty Tech is the technology arm serving LVMH's Beauty Division, partnering with Maisons such as Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Loewe and Fenty Beauty. Embedded within the LVMH group, the team delivers digital platforms and governance for the luxury beauty ecosystem at global scale.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment and migration of the Group-wide data processing register (1500+ records): draft deliverables, coordinate migration tasks and manage acceptance testing.
  • Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and quality-control of processing records for multiple Maisons, including updating records with business stakeholders and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure adoption, data quality and process effectiveness across entities, and produce status reports for stakeholders.
  • Develop training materials and participate in delivering international awareness and training sessions on legal and regulatory obligations by jurisdiction.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (IT, legal, business owners) to drive remediation actions and ensure timeliness of updates during the rollout.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master's programme (Business Law, Digital Law, Project Management) or equivalent and seeking an end-of-study or gap-year internship.
  • Solid understanding of data protection principles, notably the GDPR.
  • Interest in project management and digital tools; experience with registry management tools (e.g., OneTrust) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, rigor and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within multicultural, cross‑functional teams.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Experience
