Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the CRM Manager in day-to-day operations with an emphasis on performance, retention and data-driven optimisation
  • Contribute to the planning, execution and analysis of omni‑channel CRM campaigns across the customer journey
  • Assist with customer segmentation, data analysis and insight generation to inform targeted marketing actions
  • Adapt and optimise newsletters and CRM communications to local market requirements while adhering to international brand guidelines
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail, E‑Commerce and Product Marketing to ensure a coherent 360° client experience
  • Monitor campaign performance: KPI tracking, reporting and success evaluation
  • Support CRM database maintenance and data quality initiatives
  • Own and deliver independent projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
  • First practical experience in marketing, CRM or related functions (internships or previous working‑student roles)
  • Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical aptitude, numeracy and a structured approach to problem solving
  • High attention to quality and detail
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English; French is a plus
  • Clear communicator with an aesthetic sensibility and an understanding of target‑group appropriate messaging
  • Proactive, creative and able to collaborate effectively within a team

Experience

Entry-level — student status with some prior practical experience in CRM or marketing (internships or student roles) is preferred.

Education

Ongoing university studies in Business, Marketing, Communications or a comparable programme.
