Parfums Christian Dior seeks a CRM Project Manager (CDD, maternity cover) in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine, France to lead CRM activation across Europe.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy and localize the European CRM strategy in alignment with business priorities and client database growth objectives.
- Orchestrate omnichannel client activation plans (one‑to‑one and one‑to‑many), adapting channel mix by segment (newsletters, print, clienteling and digital touchpoints).
- Manage campaign production in Adobe Campaign and support campaign planning, prioritization and deliverable follow‑up with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to rollout and continuous optimization of CRM programs (clienteling, automated lifecycle journeys) and advise on editorial mechanics.
- Ensure data quality and contribute to client data collection improvement initiatives in collaboration with Central teams and LVMH Beauty Tech.
- Analyze campaign performance, implement A/B tests, identify optimization levers and translate results into actionable recommendations.
- Support and coordinate with local market CRM teams to ensure alignment with European guidelines and share best practices across markets.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, E‑Business, Data or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in CRM with a focus on client activation and data management, preferably in retail or luxury and at a regional scope.
- Practical experience with campaign production and CRM tooling (Adobe Campaign preferred).
- Fluent English (essential) and strong interpersonal skills for cross‑functional, international collaboration.
- Analytical, data‑driven mindset with rigor, proactivity and a results‑orientation; curiosity for CRM innovation.

1–2 years of CRM experience focused on client activation and data management, ideally in a retail or luxury environment and covering multiple markets across a region.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, E‑Business, Data or equivalent.
