Overview

The Maison combines haute‑parfumerie and cosmetics savoir‑faire with an international retail footprint, delivering highly curated client experiences across boutiques, department stores and digital channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the CRM Project Manager in deploying the France CRM strategy and ensuring omnichannel coherence across boutiques, grands magasins and Dior.com.
- Prepare, configure and execute Email, Clienteling and Print campaigns in the CRM tools from brief and asset reception through scheduling and post‑send monitoring.
- Assist in the development of the CRM communications plan and definition of campaign targetings to acquire, activate and retain clients.
- Contribute to the animation of product launches, seasonal highlights and Maison events by creating campaign assets and operational supports for all channels.
- Analyse campaign performance and produce actionable reporting to recommend optimisations.
- Participate in the management and activation of the Dior Beauty Privé loyalty programme.
- Conduct competitive monitoring and track market trends to inform CRM initiatives.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's programme (business school or equivalent) and eligible for a French alternance (work‑study) contract.
- Ideally one prior internship or first professional experience in CRM or digital marketing.
- Strong interest in cosmetics and the luxury sector, with a client‑centric mindset.
- Comfortable with data analysis and producing performance reports to support decision making.
- Proactive team player with adaptability, collaboration skills and a critical, initiative‑driven approach.

Entry‑level: candidates should be current Master's students seeking an alternance and ideally possess a first internship or initial exposure to CRM operations.
Education
Master's level student (business school or equivalent), enrolled in a programme qualifying for an alternance/work‑study contract.
