Role & Responsibilities

Manage and lead the counter team to maximize performance and ensure exceptional service levels.
Develop and implement business plans to expand customer base and drive sales.
Monitor competitor activities to identify business development opportunities.
Ensure effective internal and external communication for successful in-store and online activities.
Optimize stock levels and sales through sales data analysis and communication with support departments.

Qualifications

5+ years of management experience in luxury retail.
Proven track record in retail performance, including sales and profitability.
Experience working in a luxury retail environment.

Skills

Excellent sales skills and proficiency in networking. Strong beauty knowledge and vocabulary. Proficient in computer use with strong analytical skills. Fluent in Mandarin and English communication skills. Outstanding team management and leadership abilities.

Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
