Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the counter and lead the team to maximize performance in sales and customer management.
  • Ensure the team understands and adheres to Dior's strategies, goals, and standards.
  • Set achievable individual KPIs for team members and guide their development using Dior's tools and training materials.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and checkout protocols.
  • Develop business plans to expand the customer base and drive sales, with a focus on activities relevant to the local environment.
  • Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for business development.
  • Promote and implement Dior's promotional programs to invigorate the store.
  • Optimize stock levels and sales through sales data analysis and communication with support departments.
  • Lead by example in providing a customer-centric and service-oriented mindset, ensuring a welcoming boutique environment.
  • Utilize customer data to retain, recruit, and enhance customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management experience in the luxury retail industry.
  • Proven track record in retail performance, including sales and profitability.
  • Experience working in a luxury retail environment.

Skills

Excellent sales skills and network proficiency. Strong knowledge of beauty products and extensive vocabulary. Proficient in computer use with strong analytical skills. Effective client management skills. Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Outstanding team management abilities, capable of leading, motivating, and developing a team.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail management, with a proven track record in sales and profitability.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
