Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the counter and lead the team to maximize performance in sales and client management.
  • Ensure the team adheres to Dior's strategic goals and standards.
  • Set realistic individual KPIs for team members.
  • Guide and develop team skills using Dior tools and training materials.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Drive sales performance using all available resources, including products, services, and events.
  • Develop business plans to expand the customer base and enhance market ranking.
  • Monitor competitors and identify business opportunities.
  • Implement and energize Dior promotional programs.
  • Optimize inventory levels and sales through data analysis and communication with support departments.
  • Lead by example to ensure a welcoming boutique environment.
  • Deliver a customer-centric, service-oriented mindset.
  • Utilize customer data to retain, recruit, and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as shift planning, inventory management, and sales analysis.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management experience in luxury retail.
  • Proven track record in retail performance (sales and profitability).
  • Experience in a luxury retail environment.

Skills

Exceptional sales skills. Proficiency in digital tools and networks. Strong knowledge of beauty products. Excellent computer and analytical skills. Fluent in Mandarin and English communication (for large stores). Outstanding team management abilities.
