Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-store and online sales activities, adhering to the D.I.O.R. sales method.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing and new clients, enhancing customer loyalty.
  • Manage customer data and execute CRM activities using Dior's tools and systems.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring product availability and proper display.
  • Perform cashier operations and daily revenue settlements as required.
  • Comply with all company policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in retail or service industries, preferably in luxury.
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance in luxury retail environments.

Skills

Excellent sales skills with a focus on luxury products. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, with English proficiency preferred for larger stores. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and respond to client needs. Energetic and results-oriented, capable of maintaining performance in challenging environments. Adaptable and open to embracing new technologies.

Experience

1-2 years of professional experience in retail or service industries, preferably in luxury.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent from a beauty school.
