Christian Dior Couture is hiring a Corporate Financial Controller in Paris to lead corporate controlling, cash forecasting and a team of four.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the corporate controlling function for headquarters activities (communication, general services, corporate functions, HR), delivering monthly and annual budgets, forecasts and management reporting to the Group CFO.
  • Manage monthly close activities for the corporate perimeter: analyze accounting entries, upload figures into the consolidation system, investigate variances versus budget/forecast and produce CFO-ready reports.
  • Oversee consolidated SG&A spend control in coordination with retail finance teams and propose cost optimisation initiatives in partnership with Purchasing.
  • Control and monitor Capex: evaluate project profitability, ensure budgetary discipline and track investment execution.
  • Co-own cash forecasting with Treasury: consolidate cash data from subsidiaries, produce rolling cash forecasts, implement weekly/monthly cash reporting and analyse variances.
  • Ensure integration of tax constraints into cash management and forecasts in collaboration with the Tax department.
  • Manage, coach and develop a team of four controllers: task allocation, training, performance evaluation and cross-functional alignment.
  • Deliver ad hoc financial analyses and business cases to support strategic decisions (project ROI, new initiatives) for senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes (ERP, BI platforms, Anaplan) and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in finance or accounting (business school, Master in Accounting/Finance, DSCG or equivalent).
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial controlling, with at least 5 years in a corporate/headquarter environment.
  • Proven managerial experience with responsibility for a team of 3+ controllers.
  • Demonstrated exposure to international finance operations and multi-currency environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial processes specific to the fashion/luxury industry.
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written).

Experience

Minimum 10 years in financial controlling/management accounting, including at least 5 years in a corporate or headquarters environment; prior experience in the fashion or luxury sector and proven leadership of a finance team of 3–5 people in an international context.

Education

Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent (business school, Master's CCA, DSCG preferred).
