Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement projects such as SMED and 5S to optimize production flows.
  • Participate in daily performance management routines to identify and enhance business processes.
  • Conduct benchmarking within other production units to identify best practices in standard management.
  • Contribute to the development of the production unit's fundamental standards roadmap, addressing safety, business, and human factors.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Production, or Supply Chain.
  • Interest in working within a demanding industrial environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to formalize clear standards and operational procedures. Proficiency in computer tools (Office Suite, Power BI preferred) for performance management. Excellent collaboration skills with operational teams in an industrial setting. Ability to communicate analyses and facilitate change in a structured and pedagogical manner. Autonomous, proactive, and performance improvement-oriented.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
