Role & Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement projects by analyzing existing processes, defining methodologies, and deploying solutions.
- Develop activity management tools, including dashboards and performance indicators using Power BI.
- Participate in the operational management of client relationships, handling client portfolios and coordinating with planning teams.
- Train users on new tools and processes and support teams in change management.
- Enhance forecast reliability and operational visibility through data management.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in business or engineering.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI.
