Compensation and Benefits Manager, EMEA
Christian Dior Couture seeks a Compensation and Benefits Manager EMEA in Paris to lead C&B strategy, salary reviews and EMEA social reporting. Hybrid.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and operationalize compensation policy for the EMEA scope in coordination with the Director Compensation & Benefits and regional HR leaders.
- Plan and lead the annual salary review process across the region, in partnership with C&B and HR teams.
- Design and implement local and international total reward packages and advise regional HR Directors on remuneration structuring.
- Initiate and drive C&B and benefits projects (variable pay schemes, collective remuneration, benefits adjustments, salary transparency, job grading and salary banding).
- Manage relationships with internal partners and external providers (LVMH group contacts, brokers, insurers, consultants) to ensure accurate delivery of social benefits.
- Develop and deploy communication and training tools to ensure consistent application of the C&B policy.
- Manage regional compensation surveys and benchmark activities to ensure market competitiveness.
- Own worldwide processes related to international mobility and expatriation cases.
- Support expansion into new countries: define packages, specify benefits, select providers and insurers, and contribute to employee handbook drafting.
- Maintain monthly and ad hoc social reporting (headcount, payroll mass, staff costs, turnover, ID card, staff costs/sales) and ensure consolidation for the EMEA zone.
- Monitor payroll and headcount evolution for budgeting and forecasting (Scenario RH/Allshare), analyse variances and coordinate with Financial Control and local payroll providers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' progressive experience in compensation & benefits, including HR controlling, acquired in an international environment.
- Proven experience leading regional salary review processes, multi-country package design and expatriation cases.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in payroll reporting, budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis.
- Excellent discretion, service orientation, proactivity and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English required.

At least 10 years' experience in compensation & benefits within an international corporate environment, with direct responsibility for regional salary reviews, benefits design, payroll/reporting consolidation and management of international mobility and expatriation dossiers.
Education
Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field preferred.
