Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the animation plan of the Client Development Community across the retail and customer service network.
  • Assist in the development of training tools to address Clienteling challenges and objectives.
  • Implement the onboarding project for Client Development referents in boutiques.
  • Initiate and monitor the deployment of product satisfaction NPS surveys.
  • Conduct performance analyses of Clienteling activities.
  • Participate in cross-functional CRM projects within the client marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Digital (BAC +4/5).
  • Minimum of 6 months of internship experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.

Skills

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Curiosity and a proactive approach. Excellent organizational and anticipatory skills. Fluency in English is essential.

Experience

Entry-level position requiring at least 6 months of relevant internship experience in CRM, E-CRM, web marketing, or e-commerce, ideally within the luxury or fashion industry.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Digital (BAC +4/5).
