Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the client development strategy at the Madrid Ortega boutique.
  • Nurture relationships with VIP clients and support the El Corte Inglés Castellana boutique.
  • Ensure effective management of VIP clients, maximizing their potential within the boutique.
  • Increase client loyalty with a focus on local clientele in collaboration with Department Managers and Sales Associates.
  • Develop a portfolio of clients at VVIC and Elite levels.
  • Plan and execute VIP events in collaboration with the Events team.
  • Propose and facilitate local events to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Monitor client indicators and leverage planned events or animations.
  • Develop operational tools to support team efforts across departments.
  • Ensure CRM capture rate remains consistently above 90%.
  • Provide feedback to the Head Office CDM team for continuous data improvement.
  • Monitor results and profitability of all implemented actions.
  • Improve client segmentation, profiling, and targeting to enhance ROI.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Dior at all business contact points.
  • Stay informed about communication and global marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Southern Europe Retail Marketing Manager for client activations.
  • Implement clienteling actions with Diormag and Gifting programs.
  • Drive the strategy on Dior Journeys, ensuring comprehensive client engagement.
  • Provide training on Dior CRM Tools to the Sales team.
  • Implement a CDM rota to ensure client contact consistency.
  • Provide weekly and monthly KPI reports for all managers and departments.
  • Support the team in driving strategy from KPIs on the shop floor.
  • Ensure Dior standards are maintained in merchandising, client experience, and back-office activities.
  • Apply company procedures on security related to theft and pilferage.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within luxury fashion.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
  • A passion for Christian Dior and its collections.

Skills

Excellent communication and public speaking skills. Relationship building expertise. Outstanding customer service acumen. Commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity. Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion.
