Overview
Christian Dior Couture is a leading haute couture and luxury fashion house within the LVMH group, renowned for its craftsmanship, creativity and client-focused boutiques. As part of LVMH, the Maison participates in group-wide talent and apprenticeship initiatives such as the Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza to develop sales and store-management expertise across its Maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Complete the 1,500-hour Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza curriculum (510 hours lectures, 150 hours personal study, 840 hours in-store internship) and related assessment activities.
- Undertake an 840-hour internship in a boutique of an LVMH partner Maison, supporting daily store operations and learning luxury sales practices.
- Deliver impeccable client service and develop clienteling skills tailored to high-net-worth and international customers.
- Participate in Master Classes, store visits and practical workshops focused on sales excellence, merchandising and customer experience.
- Engage in role-plays, video interviews and assessment-day activities; act on feedback to refine sales technique and store presence.
- Collaborate with store teams and Maison mentors to learn operational standards, visual merchandising basics and post-sale client follow-up.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Laurea Triennale) or equivalent qualification is required.
- Excellent command of Italian and English (C1 level).
- Basic knowledge of a third language strongly preferred (examples: Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Arabic).
- Marked sensitivity to luxury products and high-standard customer service.
- Applicants should be available full-time and able to attend in-person training in Venice from February–December 2026.
- Selection open to unemployed candidates at the time of application (per selection procedure).

Experience
Entry-level / internship: no prior professional experience required. First customer-facing or retail experience is an asset but not mandatory; the programme is designed to train recent graduates and candidates at the start of their careers.
