Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to meet sales targets.
- Assist customers in obtaining product information and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal, including stocking and assisting with cleaning tasks.
- Perform assigned duties such as receiving shipments, pricing, labeling, inventory checks, and merchandise display.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and uphold the brand's retail standards, mission, and objectives.
- Support other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or above.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong service orientation and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high efficiency.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
