Role & Responsibilities

  • Update the Client Database.
  • Reconcile payments from Subsidiaries, Affiliates, Wholesale, and Retail clients.
  • Align and record E-Commerce and online sales with received payments.
  • Analyze and account for cash from Boutiques in France and Monaco.
  • Follow up with Intercompany Subsidiary Clients.
  • Re-invoice for service provisions.
  • Prepare and input Declarations of Exchange of Goods and Services (Customs).
  • Calculate Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and monitor KPIs.
  • Participate in monthly closures.

Qualifications

  • Diploma from a higher education institution (BAC +2) in accounting (e.g., DCG).
  • Strong foundational knowledge in accounting.

Skills

Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage priorities and adhere to deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering trust with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in English and other languages is advantageous. Aptitude for information systems and proficiency in accounting software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates.

Education
