Parfums Christian Dior in Orléans seeks a Building Projects Technician (Work‑Study/Alternance) to support site fit‑outs, supplier consultations and project coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyse requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications (cahier des charges).
  • Contribute to the preparation and issuance of supplier consultations in collaboration with the purchasing department.
  • Support the project management and progress monitoring of renovation, modification or construction works on tertiary and industrial sites.
  • Coordinate multiple project participants (contractors, technical teams, maintenance) throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in site commissioning, testing and formal handover of new premises and equipment to user and maintenance teams.
  • Contribute to the standardisation and continuous improvement of project management methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bac+2 technical programme in building construction / civil works (BTS, DUT or equivalent); progression to a professional Bachelor's degree possible within the alternance.
  • Strong written communication skills for drafting technical specifications and reporting.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional technical interlocutors.
  • Organisational rigor and capacity to follow multiple concurrent project activities.

Experience

Education

Currently preparing a Bac+2 diploma in building/construction (BTS, DUT or equivalent). A subsequent professional Licence (Bachelor) may be considered as part of the alternance pathway.
