Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily back‑of‑house (BOH) operations to ensure seamless boutique functioning and adherence to Dior operational standards.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels and condition; perform routine stock checks to minimise loss and ensure accurate replenishment.
  • Execute cashiering duties including cash counting, daily till reconciliation and sales transaction closing.
  • Coordinate procurement and replenishment of boutique supplies, equipment and staff uniforms to maintain operational continuity.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and tidiness to deliver an exceptional client experience consistent with Dior image guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales and management teams to optimise product flow and support store initiatives aimed at operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' relevant retail or boutique operations experience, preferably within luxury fashion.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, stock reconciliation and loss prevention procedures.
  • Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting stock and boxes.
  • High attention to detail with a methodical, control‑focused mindset and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills; reliable and professional presentation in line with Dior standards.

Experience

Minimum three years of boutique or retail operations experience, ideally within a luxury fashion environment, with hands‑on responsibility for inventory control, cashiering and BOH processes.

Education

Secondary education (high school) required; diploma or certificate in retail management, commerce or a related field is desirable.
