Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the entire boutique and team, ensuring optimal service and performance.
  • Drive and monitor store performance, managing commercial activities to meet sales and profitability targets.
  • Support headquarters with robust analysis, reporting, and implementation of development or corrective action plans.
  • Identify business development opportunities by understanding the competitive environment.
  • Promote and ensure the successful implementation of Dior initiatives, motivating the team and managing communications for successful events.
  • Optimize inventory levels and sales through sales data analysis and communication with back-office departments.
  • Represent the Dior image to clients, external parties, and the sales team.
  • Foster a customer and service-centric philosophy within the team, delivering a world-class client experience.
  • Develop and execute plans to increase store traffic and customer loyalty, ensuring high-quality service and new client acquisition.
  • Manage and lead the team in customer relationship management, utilizing effective tools.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising as set by the visual merchandising department.
  • Communicate and feedback brand and company strategies, projects, and objectives to the team.
  • Manage and motivate team members in a supportive environment for daily tasks and long-term development.
  • Utilize company tools and training to manage performance, enhancing skills and knowledge of all team members.
  • Set personal goals for team members and exemplify activities and rules for all boutique operations.
  • Schedule according to team and business needs.
  • Ensure team knowledge of brand history and product information across all categories.
  • Assist in recruiting high-quality team members and ensure their retention through effective management.
  • Ensure team adherence to Dior standards in brand knowledge, behavior, and performance.
  • Define and manage daily administrative tasks of the boutique, ensuring execution and tracking of retail performance tools.
  • Manage inventory effectively based on quantity and sales guidelines, ensuring accuracy.
  • Ensure business compliance across the boutique and team, adhering to company procedures in cash, inventory, IT, and security.
  • Manage health and safety within the boutique and team, meeting brand and legal expectations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a business or boutique manager, preferably in luxury retail, managing a team of 5 to 10 people.
  • Proven track record in retail performance (sales and profitability).

Experience
