Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management and performance of the boutique and its team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service while maximizing store performance.
  • Drive and monitor sales performance and profitability targets, implementing development or corrective action plans as necessary.
  • Support headquarters by analyzing results, providing reports, and identifying business development opportunities.
  • Promote and execute Dior initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and effective internal and external communication.
  • Optimize stock levels and sales through analysis and communication with back-office departments.
  • Exhibit Dior's brand image to clients, external parties, and the sales team, fostering a customer-centric culture.
  • Plan and execute boutique events to drive traffic and customer loyalty, ensuring high-quality service and new client acquisition.
  • Lead and manage the team in customer relationship management, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Communicate brand and company strategies, projects, and objectives to the team, fostering a supportive environment.
  • Manage team performance and development through effective use of company tools and training.
  • Define and manage daily administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards in cash, inventory, IT, and security.
  • Ensure health and safety management within the boutique, adhering to brand and legal expectations.

Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of experience as a business or boutique manager, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Experience managing a team of 5 to 10 people.
  • Proven track record in retail performance (sales and profitability).

Skills

Strong sales and communication skills. Proficiency in computer and analytical skills. Customer service and management expertise. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to manage, motivate, guide, and develop staff.

Experience

Over 3 years of experience in managing a boutique or business, with a preference for luxury retail experience.
