Boutique Manager
Christian Dior Couture seeks a Boutique Manager in Frankfurt (Goethestraße) to lead sales, clienteling and boutique operations.
Overview
Christian Dior Couture is the couture and ready-to-wear arm of the Dior house, renowned for exceptional craftsmanship, creativity and heritage. As part of the LVMH Group, the Maison operates an international network of boutiques and offers structured career development, cross-brand mobility and access to Group-wide learning resources.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, coach and retain a high-performing boutique team; implement individual development and succession plans.
- Drive sales and profitability through KPI monitoring, sales reporting and targeted action plans to achieve boutique targets.
- Develop and execute client acquisition, retention and clienteling strategies; build and maintain a qualitative customer network.
- Oversee retail operations and compliance with company policies, inventory controls and back-office organisation to optimise stock levels.
- Ensure premium floor experience and in-store merchandising standards; coordinate window displays and collaborate with Visual Merchandising.
- Collaborate with Retail Director and Head Office functions (Buying, CRM, HR, Training) on events, trunk-shows and boutique development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail or a comparable field in a management position.
- Proven ability to manage P&L-related tasks: financial reporting, budgeting and KPI-driven action planning.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrable commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Deep appreciation of luxury fashion, commercial acumen and business-driven mindset.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Experience
At least 5 years' proven experience in luxury retail management or in a closely comparable environment, including people management, sales leadership and KPI-driven boutique performance.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred.
