Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management and performance of the boutique and its team, ensuring optimal service and maximizing store performance.
  • Drive and monitor sales performance and profitability, providing strong support to headquarters through analysis and reporting.
  • Identify business development opportunities and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
  • Promote and execute Dior's initiatives, managing internal and external communications effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.
  • Communicate brand strategy and objectives to the team, fostering a customer-centric culture and world-class client experience.
  • Manage and develop team members, setting personal goals and providing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, including cash management, inventory accuracy, IT, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a business or boutique manager, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Experience managing a team of 5 to 10 people.
  • Proven track record in retail performance, including sales and profitability.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector, overseeing a team of 5 to 10 individuals.

Education
