Beauty Sales Advisor
Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Beauty Sales Advisor in Saint-Tropez for a seasonal contract to deliver exceptional Dior client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales by delivering personalized consultations across fragrances, skincare and makeup to meet and exceed individual and store targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and CRM activities; expand the customer base via face-to-face interactions.
- Deliver high-quality in-store experiences: perform perfume consultations, make-up flash services and instant skincare treatments.
- Represent the brand during local activations and promotional events; propose merchandising and activity ideas to stimulate store performance.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards; participate in stock management, regular inventories and follow-up on stock discrepancies.
- Adhere to company grooming and punctuality standards, contribute positively to team dynamics and escalate operational issues to the Boutique Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar luxury retail role (cosmetics, perfumery or fashion).
- Fluent in French and English.
- Preferably vocational diploma (CAP/BTS) or equivalent in aesthetics, cosmetics, perfumery or related field.
- Strong knowledge of perfumes and cosmetics, with familiarity of the local customer base.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, commercial orientation and proven customer-service aptitude.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of retail experience within the luxury sector (cosmetics, perfumery or ready-to-wear), with demonstrable sales performance and client relationship management.
Education
Preferably Bac+2 or vocational qualification (CAP/BTS) in aesthetics, cosmetics or perfumery; equivalent professional experience accepted.
