Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting Dior's values and products with enthusiasm.
- Achieve sales targets through in-store and online activities, adhering to the D.I.O.R. method.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and high-standard service to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Ensure the beauty counter meets hygiene and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report issues to the counter manager.
- Participate in skincare activities and training sessions.
- Guide and develop skincare sales techniques among team members.
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury skincare is preferred.
- 4-8 years of professional skincare experience is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent from a beauty school.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Proficient in facial and body skincare techniques with five years of experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin; English communication skills are a plus for larger stores.
